Blue Valentine

Blue Valentine, the new film starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams, will feature a song penned by Soundtree’s Peter Raeburn and Nick Foster.  Written in collaboration with Matt Sweeney, whose other collaborations include Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy’ (Superwolf), Billy Corgan (Zwan) and Cat Power, ‘At The Drop Of The Day’ forms part of the soundtrack to this honest and moving love story based around a couple who are fighting to keep their marriage from falling apart.  The film features the instrumental version of the song, which we’ve posted above for you to listen to.

The film has already been selected for selection at both Cannes and Sundance this year, so who knows what could happen?  We’ll keep you posted.
