The theme behind Stella Artois’ latest commercial, which sees countries from all corners of the world coming together for an historic event, couldn’t have been better timed. However, unlike a certain sporting affair, the Nick Gordon directed spot features competition of a quirkier nature.
Centred around the 1964 New York World Fair, the ad lends a distinctive look and feel to the period and with the help of a Nick Foster and Evan Jolly collaboration, it also celebrates the era’s more experimental moments.
As impressive as jetpacks are, I think it would be fair to say that the right country won.
Cheers!
