Soundtree and publishers ‘Canongate’ have worked closely together for many years and they have recently returned to our studios to record the audiobook for ‘Notes from Underground’; a two-part novel written in 1864 by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. The book was narrated by Booker Prize and Whitbread First Novel winner, author DBC Pierre, who is best known for his novel ‘Vernon God Little.’
Soundtree collaborated with Canongate back in 2009 on an audiovisual trailer for ‘Raw Shark Texts,’ which was both produced by Soundtree and directed by our very own Creative Director Peter Raeburn along with Tom Debenham of ‘One of us’ and Jamie Byng of ‘Canongate’. The book trailer below features Academy Award Winning Tilda Swinton. CGI was done by Tom Debenham and music and sound produced/ composed by Soundtree’s Peter Raeburn.
