Peter Raeburn and David Rodger picked up a Silver award for Best Use Of Recorded Music at the 2010 BTAA Craft Awards, hosted in central London. The award was given for their work for Cadbury's much acclaimed TV spot for their 'Spots v Stripes' campaign, featuring an array of unusually sporty underwater creatures.
Directed by award-winning director Jonathan Glazer, VW's new TV ad combines the rough edges of gritty urban hip-hop with the smooth lines and sensuous movements of tango. Roc C's 'Don't Stop', sourced and edited by Soundtree, was the track that brought the necessary rawness to this tough but beautiful advert. You can see how they made it here.
